Today, Jack is 9 months old. It's hard to believe how fast he is growing and that he will soon be a year. Today we noticed that his first upper tooth is starting to appear. The gum is all swollen and you can hear him grind it against his lower teeth (not the prettiest sound). 9 months also mean he can start eating some different foods. Last week we started feeding him some Gerber banana puffs and dried fruit pieces.Also, tonight when I was getting Jack's bath stuff ready I put him in his crib with a few toys. When I walked back past his room, I noticed something I had never seen before. My little 'angel' was standing up in his crib. He has now mastered pulling himself up on stuff, but I didn't realize he was quite ready for this. Yikes! Hopefully he doesn't learn how to get out of there anytime soon.

Can't believe that he is already 9 months and I have only seen him twice :-)
