WI Dells

This past week we spent 4 days in Wisconsin Dells with Steve's family. We decided to leave Olivia back for one more year with G&G Johnson, but next time she'll be old enough to enjoy it.

We left Monday morning bright and early and arrived in the Dells around 1. We couldn't check into our villa so we did a little shopping before unloading the cars. That evening, Steve and Tim took Jack to the water park while the rest of us went to get groceries. After, we went to dinner at Moose Jaw in town.

 On Tuesday morning we headed out of the cabin by 10 so Jack could try some mini golf. Then we all got our suits on and spent most of the day hopping between the different pools and water slides. In the evening, Sam and I went on the Zip Line Tours. I wasn't really nervous until I got up on the towers that you jump from. The first step off each of the 5 towers was the most scary. Later that night the rest of us went to dinner at Paul Bunyan while Sam took Jack golfing.

Wednesday, Sam, Nancy, and I went and did pottery at the resort. I made a frame for Olivia's room since she didn't come along this time. Then we went back to the water parks for some more pool time.

At about 4, everyone went to the Tommy Bartlett show, while I went shopping at the outlet mall. I've seen enough of that show, so I decided to skip out this year. Then while everyone else went to eat, Steve and I took Jack on the go karts and mini golfing again.

Once they were back from dinner, Steve and I ran for a quick bite at Monk's bar and grill. Thursday morning we were up early and heading home, so we'd be home in time to get Olivia from school.
