Jack - 6 Year Check-up

This week Jack went to see Dr. Manney for his 6 year check-up. Everything was good and his eyes and ears tested perfect.


  • Height: 47" (73%)
  • Weight: 48 lb. (60%)
He grew about 3 inches since last year and gained only about 3 1/2 pounds.
