Even though there wasn't much going on, we got a nice walk on the Lakewalk on a beautiful day in Duluth and then ended up getting ice cream at Coldstone in Canal Park.

Duluth Lakewalk Festival
Today we decided to head to Duluth for the Lakewalk Festival. I had heard there were a ton of activities for kids and families along the Lakewalk, so we thought we'd check it out. We started at Fitger's and walked to the Rose Garden. There were lots of people in the area, but none of the expected activities. We hoped to take Jack to tour the emergency vehicles, but there was nothing. Then we went to take the free train ride and we got there just as the train was leaving, but the seats were full. Finally we headed to get ice cream, but line was about 30 people long (not a good idea with 2 small kids).

Looks like you had a nice day. It sure was beautiful out! We spent the morning at the Harvest Festival at Bayfront. Very fun. Maybe that is what you were thinking about??
